The remaining balance will be valid until the expiration date of the gift voucher. Every gift voucher is registered with an unique voucher code.
How to redeem a gift voucher:
- Select an item and place it into the shopping cart.
- Click on the 'Redeem voucher' (little present-icon) link below the checkout-button and enter your coupon code. Then press 'redeem' and the value will be credited towards your shopping cart.
- If the value of the voucher is not sufficient to pay for the total shopping cart you can pay the difference by bank transfer, by PayPal or by entering further coupon codes.
The voucher may not be exchanged for cash and it is non-returnable and non-refundable.
