You received an item that doesn't fit or that you don't like?

Simply return it to us.
Please note: When returning the goods from abroad (respectively not Germany), the direct cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer.

To avoid any unnecessary costs, please don't send the parcel 'carriage forward'.
Costs for a 'carriage forward' shipment will be fully charged to your account.

Processing of returns usually takes up to two weeks. If you have provided us with your e-mail address you will receive confirmation of the receipt of the return from us.

Reimbursement depends on the means of payment chosen by you:

  • purchase on account: the returned item will simply be credited to your account.
  • payment by PayPal: payment will be credited to your PayPal account.


You will receive a withdrawal form with the invoice in your parcel. In addition, you can download the form as PDF-file here and print it off. We have the obligation to provide you with the PDF-file since 13. June 2014 according to EU law.

But of course we will continue to accept your returns without the withdrawal form!
