If not stated otherwise in the following sections, the provision of your personal data is neither legally nor contractually compulsory, nor required in order to conclude a contract. You are not obliged to provide data. The failure to provide data does not have any consequences. This only applies to the following processes unless stated otherwise.
Personal data are information that refer to an identified or an identifiable natural person.
 
Server-Logfiles
You can visit our website without entering any personal data. With every access to our website, usage data will be transmitted through your internet browser and saved in server-logfiles. These saved data include e.g. name of the visited page, date and time of visit, transferred amount of data and the requesting provider. These data only serve the purpose to guarantee the interference-free operation of our website and to improve our offer. The allocation of these data to a certain person is not possible.
 
Collection and processing when using the contact form
When you use the contact form we only collect your personal data (name, e-mail-address, content of message) in the scope provided by you. Data collection serves the purpose of making contact.  By sending your message you agree to processing the data transferred by you. Processing is carried out on the basis of Section 6 (1) lit. a GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) with your consent.
You can notify us at any time to withdraw your consent. The legitimacy of processing, based on your consent until the withdrawal, will not be touched.Your e-mail address will only be used in order to answer your enquiries. Afterwards your data will be deleted unless you have agreed to ongoing processing and usage.
 
Customer Account
When opening a customer account, we collect your personal data in the scope specified. Processing of data serves the purpose to enhance your shopping experience and to simplify the ordering process. Processing is carried out on the basis of Section 6 (1) lit. a GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). You can notify us at any time to withdraw your consent. The legitimacy of processing, based on your consent until the withdrawal, will not be touched. Your customer account will then be deleted.
 
Collection and processing of personal data with orders
With your order we will only collect and process your personal data as far as it is necessary to complete and process your order, as well as for processing your enquiry. The provision of data is mandatory for the realisation of the contract. A contract cannot be concluded without the provision of data. Processing is carried out on the basis of Section 6 (1) lit. b GDPR and is mandatory for the conclusion of the contract with you. We will not forward your data to third parties without your explicit consent. Exempt are only service partners that we require for the execution of the contract or service providers that we utilise for processing an order. Besides the receiver mentioned in the particular clauses of this privacy policy, these are receivers of the following categories, e. g.: shipping providers, payment service providers, merchandise management providers, order processing service providers, webhosts, IT service providers and drop shipping merchants. In each case we will comply with the legal requirements. The extent of data transfer is limited to a minimum.
 
Usage of e-mail addresses for the distribution of newsletters
We use your e-mail address, independent from processing the contract, solely for the purpose of advertisement by sending newsletters, as long as you consent explicitly. Processing is carried out on the basis of Section 6 (1) lit. a GDPR with your consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time. The legitimacy of processing, based on your consent until the withdrawal, will not be touched. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by following the respective link in the newsletter or by notifying us. Your e-mail address will then be deleted from the mailing list.

Your data will be forwarded to an e-mail marketing service provider in the context of job processing. It will not be forwarded to further third parties.
 
Usage of an external merchandise management systems
In order to process our orders, we utilise a merchandise management system in the context of order processing. Your personal data in the context of your order will be transmitted to

You have got the right to oppose the treatment of your personal data based on section 6 (1) lit. f GDPR for motives that occur from your special situation.

Usage of Google AdWords Conversion Tracking
On our website we use the online advertising program „Google AdWords“ and in this context conversion tracking (survey of visitor activity). Google Conversion Tracking is an analysis service provided by Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; „Google“). When clicking on an ad placed by Google, cookies for the conversion tracking will be saved to your computer. These cookies have got limited validity, do not contain any person-related data and are therefore not being used for your personal identification. When you visit certain pages of our website and the cookie has not expired yet, Google and we can recognise that you have clicked on the ad and that you have been transferred to this page. Each Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. This ensures that cookies cannot be traced through the webpages of AdWords customers. The information that is obtained with the help of a conversion cookie suffices the purpose to create conversion statistics. This way we learn about the total number of users that have clicked on our ad and have been transferred to a page with conversion tracking. However, we do not receive any information that identifies a user personally. The processing is carried out on the basis of section 6 (1) lit. f GDPR with the legitimate interest of target-oriented advertisement and the analysis of the effect and the efficiency of this ad.
You have got the right to oppose the treatment of your personal data based on section 6 (1) lit. f GDPR for motives that occur from your special situation.
In order to do so, you can avoid the cookies being saved by selecting the relevant technical setting of your browser software. However, please be advised that in some instances you might not be able to utilise the website’s features to their full extend. Hence you will not be part of the conversion tracking statistic. Duration of data storage
After the contract has been fully processed, initially data will be stored for the length of the warranty period. Thereafter, in consideration of legal (especially in terms of fiscal and commercial law) retention periods, the data will be deleted upon reaching the expiring date, provided you have not agreed to further processing and use.
 
Rights of the person concerned
You are entitled to the following rights on the basis of section 15 to 20 GDPR: right to disclosure, to correction, to cancellation, to limitation of processing, to transferability of data.
Furthermore, on the basis of section 21 (1) GDPR you are entitled to the right of objection to processing, based on section 6 (1) f GDPR, as well as against the processing for direct advertising purposes.
